Ever wished that you or your children had a healthier alternative when it comes to lunches? Now you do! So skip the vending machine or ultra-processed lunches and let us do the cooking for you!
Fresh is Best is an order-ahead fresh lunch service for adults and children alike. In addition to prepared lunches, Fresh is Best also offers Shopping Concierge Services. Twice a month, we'll do your shopping for you, at one of several natural foods stores in the Lansing/Jackson/Ann Arbor area. All you do is send us your list and we'll do the rest! (AVAILABLE NOW!)
Also available are "Cooking with Kids" and "Gardening with Kids" clubs! (Gardening club is seasonal.) Spend some quality time learning to make and grow healthy foods with your kids, and have fun in the process! Upcoming topics include Irish food, foods that grow in the ground, dairy, and more!
How It Works …
lunch made fresh and delivered to your office, place of work, or school!
Our fresh lunch service, first and foremost, is a membership service. We are not a deli. Members will sign up, add money to an account, and be e-mailed a menu every two weeks. Using the money in your account as a declining balance, you will select which days you would like lunches provided, pick menu selections, and the lunches will be prepared and delivered or made available for pickup. Members' declining balance can also be used for event catering as well as our personal shopping services.

If school is cancelled, no charges will be made to your account; cancellations by you are required 24 (sick child) to 48 (vacation) hours in advance or you will be charged for orders placed and prepared.
SPECIAL OFFERS: For the months of March and April 2012, any new customer accounts will receive a bonus of 25% to the value in your account. In other words, if your deposit is $50.00, you will receive an additional $12.50 (25%) in product or services. This will apply to all deposits through April 30, 2012.
WANT TO EARN ADDITIONAL CREDIT? We will be looking to add delivery helpers to the business as it grows, since our products must all be delivered in a short timeframe. If you are interested, please let us know – you will earn credits to your account to be used for lunches, catering, products or shopping.
